Permits

Permits are only applicable if the bin is to be placed outside the property ie. Road or nature strip.
As the customer you are not required to obtain the permit, we will do all of this for you.  The charges incurred are dependant on the council with which the address resides in.
We will advise you of the cost upon your initial enquiry or booking.

Payment Methods

We accept most methods of payment –  Visa / Mastercard / or Cash.

Hours of Service

Our Office is open Monday to Friday between 0800-1600. For any booking requests outside of these hours please contact us to further discuss.

Notice Required for Bookings

We prefer 24-48 hours notice when booking a bin however we will endeavour to deliver your bin on the same day if you call in the morning.
